If you are experiencing knee pain, you may want to try a knee pillow. I have knee problems myself and I tried everything. I hate taking pain relievers before I go to sleep because they do not sit too well on my stomach but I do not want to contend with the pain in my knees while trying to sleep.

I found at least a partial cure for my knee pain. Immediately I discovered that the pillow relieves pressure on my knees, hips and lower back. I woke up the next day after I first tried a knee pillow feeling like a new man. I use one every night now when I go to bed. I'm a pretty big man and I bought one from Amazon that was a one size fits all and it works great. My wife tries to steal it sometimes.

I like this pillow because it's comfortable and it doesn't make my legs hot. It's basically a memory foam cut into a certain design that makes it easy to put between your legs while you sleep. I usually sleep on my right side and this pillow elevates my right leg and relieves the pressure on my leg and the small of my back. One other thing I noticed is that I don't wake with as many headaches now. Actually I haven't had but maybe 3 headaches since I started using this pillow. I can't help but think it's because it reduced the pressure on my spine. I can't swear to that however but it seems that way.

I ordered it from Amazon a while back and I'm thankful I did. Amazon has a lot of other pillows available but this is the one I'm familiar with an am recommending. If you have trouble sleeping, or if you have a job where you are on your feet a lot, this will probably do the trick for you.

I have also discovered that by using a knee support pillow, I'm having a lot less back pain the morning. I love that when I wake up I feel like I have a ton of energy instead of feeling that dragging feeling and immediately having to make coffee to get a burst of energy. These pillows for my knee are making a difference.

A friend who'd had the same operation a few years ago had suggested I buy a knee pillow to aid in sleeping once I got out of the hospital so I purchased this one. Wow! What a difference something this mundane can make!! It's been almost 6 weeks since I had the surgery and I still use this item every time I sleep...I'm not sure I would get any sleep without it, it really eases the discomfort.
